J.S. Brown & Co. is currently seeking a Sales/Design Consultant who will be responsible for:
- Achieving revenue and margin goals
- Identifying and calling on potential new customers
- Efficiently and accurately estimating the costs of a potential project
- Manage the design and estimating process to create value propositions that meet the customer’s needs
- Developing ongoing customer relationships
- Serving as primary liaison between client and the company throughout sales and construction process, and field personnel, as necessary including conflict resolution.
- Work with project managers and production staff to assure customer satisfaction and profitability
- Maintaining customer data, sales activity and forecasts in a CRM system
- Representing J.S. Brown & Co. at local/national shows and meetings
