A wall was removed between a tiny dated kitchen and an oversized dining room to make this new kitchen and powder room possible. The front porch was rebuilt in a similar style to the original. New concrete steps were installed and rotted wood components were replaced with low maintenance trim materials. While the deck was open the team closed up infiltration areas that were allowing water into the basement.
