Built in 1918, this is the fifth oldest home in UA. The homeowners had growing demands for their home with three children entering their teens. They had outlived their space and needed to either improve the functionality of the home or move. The living spaces were cramped and modern-day luxuries were absent. This whole home remodeling project involves a kitchen relocation, butler’s pantry, mudroom, laundry room, a master closet, and four bathrooms located on three floors of this historic home.
